Alternative Shipping Carriers : From time to time we will utilize alternative shipping carriers to help aid with logistical or handling complexities. Most packages going to a destination in WI, IA, NE, ND, SD, MN and Northern IL will be shipped Spee-Dee delivery.

Orders: Orders may be placed online or over the phone during normal business hours. Online orders placed during normal business hours will be processed within a short amount of time, Orders placed after we close will be processed the next business morning before we open.

Back Orders: Although we strive to maintain an adequate inventory, we may occasionally be temporarily out of stock on an item. In this case, we will ship the backordered item automatically when it's available, or otherwise directed.

Prices: All prices stated are subject to change and do not include any applicable taxes or shopping charges. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased

Cancellations: Orders canceled before being shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover the processing fees of the order.

Returns: After 30 days of purchase products cannot be returned. Used products are sold as is and are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, include original undamaged packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee . To have a return authorized call during normal business hours. Shipping charges are not refunded. After the products installed or used in any way they can not be returned. Refunds usually post within one billing cycle to your account. Contact us for return information and to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused for delivery.

Damage Claims: Should you receive a package from us which appears to be damaged, notify the courier or freight company prior to accepting delivery.

Warranty: Products are only warranted by the manufacturer's warranty. All products are for Racing and Performance applications only. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways.

Fraud: Every fraudulent order will be reported to the proper authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We consider chargebacks credit card fraud and therefore theft of product and services. If a credit card chargeback is performed under false pretenses and we are awarded the appeal of the chargeback there will be a $200 research and administration fee. This goes for chargebacks filed by mistake or on purpose. No exceptions will be made.
